Conditions

a.) The leasing party agrees to indemnify and hold Northark harmless for any accident, personal injury or personal theft caused as a result of leasing party's negligence or misconduct during, or associated with, the lease period.
b.) The leasing party is prohibited from using the names "North Arkansas College," "NAC" or "Northark" in any publicity, advertisement or material to imply sponsorship or endorsement. The only permitted use is to indicate location and should read as follows:
Location--Northark or Location--North Arkansas College
c.) The leasing party agrees to pay or reimburse Northark for any theft, breakage, destruction or damage of Northark equipment or facilities caused by the negligence or misconduct of leasing party.
d.) The leasing party is prohibited to possess, consume, or serve alcoholic beverages on Northark property.
e.) Northark reserves the right to cancel this agreement at any time should it conflict with any Northark need, academic endeavor or activity.
f.) The leasing party certifies that its organizational beliefs and/or principles do not advocate the overthrow of the government.
g.) The leasing party agrees to abide by all city, county, state and federal laws and regulations.
h.) The leasing party agrees to observe and enforce the no smoking or use of tobacco products policy within all Northark facilities.
